I Won’t Overdo It Anymore

Introduction

No matter how much we want to live according to our opinions, we have no choice but to make some compromises under the fate of salarymen. So we struggle between reputation management and energy management. In other words, it is torn between what the company demands and personal needs.

The problem is that if you try to do well in the company, your reputation improves, but your body and mind are likely to be overworked by the “law of working only those who work,” and if you prioritize energy, your reputation is likely to deteriorate, such as being uncooperative or knowing only yourself. Naturally, both are a loss. So it’s really important to know how to be recognized as a ‘jaljaler’ without overdoing it.

Of course, this is not easy. This is because there are many things to take care of, such as interpersonal relationships and work minds, not just work. Therefore, this book tries to organize the ‘standard’ of ‘goods that don’t overdo’ one by one. At the same time, it presents the minimum standards that are good to keep as office workers, and at the same time, it deals with how to be recognized as a worker.
