發光小豬在豬圈中的紅色保暖燈下待了太久。他一直覺得冷，但他現在開始釋出之前吸收的熱能，熱到沒有人想在炎熱的夏天跟牠玩。
農夫跟他說，企鵝住的地方總是很冷，發光小豬會想去那個地方。小豬在家鄉的人行道上看到一個穿著燕尾服的男人。他看起來很像企鵝，但他不是。他向小豬保證帶他到一個「太陽照不到的地方」。他利用小豬發出的無限熱能發展綠色能源。小豬跟其它一起被鎖在這裡的動物們設法掙脫逃了出來。回到農夫的家，這隻發光的小豬起了大作用……

The glowing piglet had been just for too long underneath the red heating lamp in the pigsty. It always had been feeling cold. But now, as it started irradiating the soaked up heat, nobody wanted to play with it anymore on the hot summerdays.
The farmer tells him that it is always cold where the penguins are and now that’s where the glowing piglet wants to go. In the pedestrian zone of its hometown, the piglet sees a man in a tuxedo; he might look like a penguin, but he is none. He promises there is “a place where the sun does not shine”. Taking advantage of the piglet’s endless heat, green energy is produced. Together with other animals locked away here, the piglet manages to escape and break free. Back at the farmer’s place, our glowing piglet, however, can help a lot…
