ANNIE, THE LANKY PIG
Introduction
Annie, the Lanky Pig is a story about friendship, adventure, and overcoming dangers, featuring Annie, a pig growing thin from a lack of love, and a group of cats struggling with hunger. Together, they embark on thrilling adventures and a long, perilous journey.
Annie inherits a vast fortune from her owner but lives in constant fear of the owner’s son, Jack, who is always scheming to take it. The stress leads Annie to develop an eating disorder. Meanwhile, Kai and Piu, two cats living in the slums, roam the streets daily in search of food for their kittens. One day, they discover a flyer for a cooking competition at Annie’s mansion and decide to sneak in to steal some food.
Preparing to escape from Jack, Annie encounters the cats and, with their help, manages to flee the mansion. However, their journey only begins as they are captured by a cat merchant and moved from an animal shelter to a pig farm, facing one challenge after another. Will Annie regain her healthy, plump self? Will the cats finally have enough to eat?
Annie, the Lanky Pig tells a heartwarming story about finding one’s own happiness and explores what it truly means to be happy.
